• Gives you the ability to record your name to ensure it is pronounced correctly on your big day.
• Allows you to be shown on the big screen as you receive your diploma and have your name displayed.

What is a Grad Pass?

Grad Passes are the digital version of the traditional printed graduate cards, uniquely assigned to each graduate via a QR code. This QR code is essential for graduate check-in and is scanned as graduates cross the stage to display and announce their names.

After registering to participate in Commencement, you will have access to your individual Grad Pass. You can choose to download to your mobile wallet or print the QR code to bring it with you to the ceremony.

Approximately one week before Commencement, a reminder email with your Grad Pass will be sent to the email address you used to register. Graduates must have their Grad Pass for Check-In.
